missingWrote a review on Feb 14spacious roomgorgeous viewonsen accessdated furniturepoor luggage service
The room was really spacious and comfortable, with two beds and a nice tatami area. The view from the big window looking out onto the snow-covered forest was gorgeous. Onsen access was definitely a highlight. However, the furniture felt a bit dated, and the layout felt a little quirky. The service at times could've been better, like nobody really helped with our luggage when we arrived or left. Plus, the non-smoking sign didn't seem to keep the indoor areas smoke-free, which was a bummer.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The perfect location for skiing enthusiasts. Plus, the onsen experience was exceptional with a beautiful indoor/outdoor setting surrounded by nature.
Service was inconsistent. upon checkout, we had to manage our luggage ourselves, and communication barriers hindered assistance.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like Wi-Fi, free shuttle service, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me print my boarding pass, which I appreciated. Don't miss the excellent restaurant! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Fantastic onsen experience!
The onsen was really chill, with both indoor and outdoor options that felt amazing. Dinner options were also tasty, especially the steak! A little bummed that the restaurant wasn't open for lunch, but breakfast buffet made up for it. Super relaxing time overall!

The spacious Japanese-style room provided a stunning forest view during our snowy stay. The staff's assistance in arranging medical help for my sick daughter was truly appreciated.

The onsen was definitely the highlight of our stay! I really appreciated the spacious Japanese-style room with a beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains. However, I noticed a bit of an unpleasant smell in the room, which detracted from the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful when we needed assistance with a medical issue. they even helped us call a hospital. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with nice amenities and beautiful surroundings, but there's room for improvement in room maintenance.

Couples, you’ll love this place!
The onsen was very nice, we soaked while it snowed outside and it was like a scene from a movie. There was live piano music in the lobby, and it made the whole vibe feel so special.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still tolerable.

The dinner was sumptuous and packed with flavors that truly showcase local cuisine. The onsen is a definite highlight, offering a peaceful escape after a long day! The staff are super friendly and accommodating, making your stay feel homey.
Heads up—there's a 150 yen onsen tax per person, whether you dip or not. The spot's a bit remote, with only a single shuttle ride to town each day. Dining options are limited to the hotel menu, which pushes the price up a notch.
